Refund Policy
 
Effective Date: January 2026


At Social Poppy Studios, all of our services and products are thoughtfully curated, customized, and often prepared specifically for each client. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we maintain the following refund policy:

Retail Products & Floral Goods

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of floral arrangements, botanicals, and specialty products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges

  • No refunds will be issued once an order has been prepared or fulfilled

Custom Services & Event Design

All payments for services—including but not limited to event design, floral design, installations, pop-ups, brand activations, and experiential services—are non-refundable.

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, Social Poppy Studios begins allocating time, labor, and resources exclusively for your project. For this reason, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, postponements, or changes in scope, regardless of circumstance.

 

All deposits are non-refundable and serve to secure your event date and services. Deposits will be applied toward the final balance but are not transferable to other dates or services unless approved in writing at the sole discretion of Social Poppy Studios. 

 

Requests to reschedule services must be submitted in writing. Approval is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Approved reschedules may incur additional fees. Rescheduling does not entitle the client to a refund.

In the unlikely event that Social Poppy Studios must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:

  • A full refund or

  • A credit toward a future service

This will be the sole remedy available.

Pop-Ups, Workshops, & Ticketed Events

All ticket purchases for pop-ups, workshops, and events are final sale. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing by Social Poppy Studios.

In the unlikely event that Social Poppy Studios must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered either:

  • A full refund or

  • A credit toward a future service

This will be the sole remedy available.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase or booking with Social Poppy Studios, you agree not to dispute or initiate a chargeback for services rendered in accordance with this policy. Chargebacks that violate this policy may result in legal and collections action and permanent refusal of future services. 

Acknowledgment

By booking services or making a purchase through Social Poppy Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.
