Terms and Conditions
Bloom Orders
By placing an order with Social Poppy Studios, you agree to the following terms:

All floral arrangements are handcrafted; variations in color, size, or design may occur based on seasonal availability.

Fresh blooms are perishable items. We do not guarantee the lifespan of flowers once delivered, as proper care is the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery is available only within 50 miles of Atlanta, Georgia. Orders outside this range cannot be fulfilled.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to accept the order.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate information, an inaccessible address, or the recipient being unavailable, Social Poppy Studios reserves the right to return the order to headquarters. Additional delivery fees will apply for rescheduling.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Event Rentals
By booking rentals with Social Poppy Studios, you agree to the following:
Rental Period

Standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Extended rental times may be available at an additional charge.
Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Delivery is available within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, GA.

Setup and breakdown fees may apply depending on the rental item(s).

Customers must provide accurate delivery instructions and ensure access to the venue during the agreed time window.
Rental Condition

All items must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Any damages, stains, or missing items will result in additional charges equal to the repair or replacement cost.
Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required for select rental items.

Deposits will be refunded within 7 business days if items are returned in good condition.
Cancellations & Refunds

All rental bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may be eligible for partial refund, minus security deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event forfeit all payments.
Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for the safekeeping of all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup or drop off.

Items should be stored indoors and protected from weather (rain, wind, extreme heat, etc.) unless explicitly designed for outdoor use.
Failure to Return

If rental items are not ready for pickup at the agreed time, additional fees will apply.

Failure to return items may result in full replacement charges.
