Delivery Policy

Social Poppy Studios is committed to providing timely, professional delivery and setup services for our floral designs, installations, and experiential offerings. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of our work, the following delivery policy applies to all orders and bookings.
Delivery Availability & Windows
Delivery services are available within designated service areas and are subject to availability. Delivery fees vary based on location, order size, complexity, and timing, and will be quoted at the time of booking. Same-day and rush deliveries may be available for select offerings and are subject to an additional fee.
All deliveries are scheduled within a delivery window, not a guaranteed arrival time. While we make every effort to accommodate preferred time frames, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including traffic, weather, venue access, and event logistics. Social Poppy Studios is not liable for delays or failure to perform delivery obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, accidents, road closures, government restrictions, or emergencies.
Any delivery concerns must be reported within 2 hours of delivery completion. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Access & Recipient Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring:

Accurate delivery details are provided at the time of booking

The delivery location is accessible at the scheduled time

Any required permissions, loading access, parking validation, or venue coordination is secured in advance
Social Poppy Studios is not responsible for delays or inability to complete delivery due to incorrect information, restricted access, or unavailable recipients.
Completed Delivery
Delivery is considered complete once items are:

Hand-delivered to the recipient or designated contact, or
-
Left at a location as instructed by the client or venue
Once delivery is completed, responsibility for the items transfers to the recipient. Social Poppy Studios is not responsible for loss, damage, theft, or environmental exposure after delivery.
Event Setup & Installations
For event-related deliveries, installations, and pop-ups:

Setup and breakdown times will be agreed upon in advance

Client or venue delays may result in modified setup or incomplete installations without refund

Additional labor or extended service time may incur additional fees
Floral & Botanical Care & Acknowledgment
Floral and botanical products are subject to natural variation and environmental sensitivity. Social Poppy Studios is not responsible for product condition once delivery has been completed, including wilting or damage caused by heat, cold, wind, or handling by third parties.
By placing an order or booking services with Social Poppy Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Delivery Policy in full.
